Events at Red Lion Birchover

In addition to darts, dominoes and other traditional games to play at the Red Lion Birchover, we often host other events. These include traditional music sessions, Sardinian nights, Curry nights, pizza nights and quiz nights. Just watch this space to find out when the next event in planned for and come to join in.

Thursday 12th September: Pizza Night. Order wood fired pizzas to eat in or takeaway between 5.30pm and 8.30pm (pre-ordering recommended).

Thursday 19th September: Italian set menu. Choose from our authentic, tasty Italian menu from 6pm to 8pm.

Thursday 26th September: Pie and Quiz night. Enjoy a hearty pie and mash meal followed by our quiz for £14. Food served 6pm to 7.30pm. Quiz from 8pm

Thrifty Thursdays

Throughout October and November (excluding special events), every Thursday from 6pm to 8pm, you can enjoy 2 courses for £19 or 3 courses for £24.

Seated at a shared table of 18 people, you’ll be treated to authentic, freshly made antipasto, pasta, meats, vegetables, dessert and coffee! Our Sardinian Nights sell out very fast, so early booking is recommended. £10 non-refundable deposit is taken on booking. (This event is not suitable for those with allergies/intolerances or special dietary requirements).

Christmas Eve Quiz

Tuesday 24th December

Join us for a cosy Christmas Eve with food, games and a fun-filled quiz with cash prize. Price includes a meal (selected menu) followed by the quiz. Food is served from 5pm to 8pm with the quiz kicking off at 8.30 (ish).

£5 non-refundable deposit taken on booking.
